Tasting: Bavarian Bier Cafe

Paulaner Salvatore Paulaner 7.9% Lager (hop extract stated in ingredients)

A: Cloudy tan tone with white sticky head

S: sweet grass, cherry notes. Strong yeast strain

T: 28IBU’s pop in front then melt to a sweet earthy taste. Herbs and wheat.

M: bread, coated, yeasty

O: Warming wheat taste. The Germans know what they do is good so they keep doing it. This strong, sweet beer compliments the rain today.


Hefe Dunkel Paulaner 500ml $11 5.5% 12IBU

A: Very hazy tan to dark brown. Thick, still and clingy head

S: Wheat, toasted

T: very clean, roasted hefe, no sweetness



Franziskoner Hefe Weissbier Hell 5% 12IBU

A: hazy, yellow to light tan

S: Wheat, yeasty

T: sweet, fruity


Pilsner Premium Pils 4.9% 32IBS 300ml

A: clean, yellow. Creamy head. Slow moving bubbles

S: lager sweet
